A modular AI ecosystem, built from the ground up

BitByBit Intelligence is a long-term project to design an AI ecosystem made of independent, cooperating agents rather than a single monolithic assistant. Each agent shares a common core and plugin architecture, so new intelligence can be added without rewriting what already works.

Veronica is the first assistant in development — a local, desktop-based AI designed to prove out the core architecture before it extends to automation and vehicle systems.

01 · Modular

Every agent is a self-contained module that plugs into a shared reasoning core and API layer.

02 · Local-First

Designed to run on local hardware and local LLMs first, minimizing dependence on the cloud.

03 · Expandable

Built to grow from a desktop assistant into automation and vehicle intelligence without a redesign.

Projects

The agents in the ecosystem

Each project below represents a distinct AI agent within the BitByBit ecosystem, at different stages of development.

VeronicaActive
Personal AI Assistant

A local-first desktop assistant that runs on-device with a local LLM. Veronica handles conversation, task automation, and voice interaction without depending on the cloud — the first fully working piece of the BitByBit ecosystem.

AtlasPlanned
Vehicle AI System

An in-vehicle intelligence layer designed to bring the same modular assistant architecture to driving — voice-first controls, diagnostics, and context-aware automation built for the road.

OrionPlanned
Automation AI

A background automation agent for orchestrating scripts, workflows, and system tasks across machines — extending Veronica's reasoning into unattended, always-on execution.

IrisFuture Concept
Vision AI

A vision-capable agent exploring image and video understanding — enabling the ecosystem to see and reason about the physical world, not just text and voice.

Portable Linux USBIn Progress
KDE Plasma + Hyprland Environment

An experimental bootable USB Linux system that combines the polished KDE Plasma desktop with a Hyprland session — creating a portable, customizable workspace that can run across compatible computers.

Vision

One intelligence, everywhere you need it

One ecosystem, many surfaces. A single modular AI core that extends across desktop, vehicle, and automation systems instead of separate, disconnected assistants.

Local-first by default. Intelligence that runs on your own hardware whenever possible — private, fast, and independent of constant cloud connectivity.

Modular architecture. Every agent shares a common plugin and API layer, so new capabilities and new AI agents can be added without rebuilding the foundation.

The long-term goal of BitByBit Intelligence is a unified AI ecosystem that follows you across devices, vehicles, and automated systems — with every agent built on the same local-first, modular foundation so intelligence can expand without ever starting over.
